i advocate for all things holistic when it comes to complete health & wellness and fully support recovery - of all kinds. i’m very human & try to learn from my mistakes. i’m a mother. i’.m here to help educate & promote mental health awareness. i love my dogs & all animals. i’m a domestic violence/sexual assault survivor. i’m a child of our Creator. i’m defined as extremely neurodivergent. i’m an artist. i’m resilient. i’m grateful for this full and amazing life i’ve been blessed with - for almost 40 years now…. and what a crazy time to be alive - am i right…?!? my goal & true passion in life is to bring light & HOPE to the places where it is hard to find. we’re all just doing our best out here & you’re doing an amazing job! thanks for being here today.
